Shipping policy

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All product orders are subject to availability. If there are any difficulties in supplying products or if items are out of stock, we will inform you immediately and refund any amounts paid within 30 days.

DELIVERY
Notwithstanding the previous clause on product availability, and unless extraordinary circumstances occur, we will attempt to dispatch your order of the products mentioned in each Shipping Confirmation before the date specified in the Shipping Confirmation, or, if no delivery date is specified, within 30 days from the Order Confirmation date. However, delays may occur due to the following reasons:

  • Unforeseen circumstances or issues in the delivery area. If we are unable to meet the delivery date due to reasons beyond our control, we will notify you and offer you the option to proceed with your purchase, set a new delivery date, or cancel the order with a full refund, without prejudice to other rights available under applicable law. In any case, we do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. Under these conditions, "delivery" is considered completed when the customer or a third party designated by them physically receives the products, as evidenced by the signature on the delivery receipt.

IMPOSSIBILITY OF DELIVERY
If you are not present at the delivery location at the agreed time, please contact the carrier to arrange delivery for another day. Please note that if the product is not delivered within the agreed timeframe, you may be charged for storage and additional delivery attempts.

TRANSFER OF RISKS AND OWNERSHIP OF PRODUCTS
The risks of the products will be transferred to the customer upon delivery. The customer will acquire ownership of the products once full payment, including shipping costs, has been made, or at the moment of delivery if it occurs later.

PRICE AND PAYMENT
The price of each product will be as stipulated on our website at any given time, except in cases of obvious error. While we try to ensure that all prices listed on the website are accurate, errors may occur. If we detect an error in the price of any products you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the option to confirm the order with the correct price or cancel it. If we cannot contact you, the order will be canceled and you will be refunded the full amount paid. We are not obligated to supply you with any product at an incorrect lower price (even if we have sent the Shipping Confirmation) if the pricing error was obvious and could reasonably have been recognized as such by the customer. Prices on this website include VAT but do not include shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount due. Prices may change at any time, but (except in the cases mentioned above) such changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent an Order Confirmation. Payment can be made using Visa, Mastercard, American Express cards, or via Multibanco reference or Mbway. All purchases, once completed, will have a payment deadline depending on the chosen payment method. If the deadline is exceeded, the validity of the purchase is not guaranteed.
