The information or data provided by the customer will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. By using this website, you consent to the processing of this information and data and confirm that all information or data you provide is accurate and true.
USE OF OUR WEBSITE
By using our website and/or placing orders through it, you agree to:
- Use this website solely for making legally valid inquiries or orders.
- Not place any false or fraudulent orders. If we reasonably suspect an order is fraudulent, we are authorized to cancel it and notify the relevant authorities.
- Provide us with your correct email address, postal address, and/or other contact details. You consent to us using the information provided to contact you (please refer to our Privacy Policy). If you do not provide all the necessary information, we will not be able to process your order. By placing an order through this website, you declare that you are over 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
SERVICE AVAILABILITY
The items on this website are available for delivery within mainland Portugal, the islands, and the rest of the European Union.
CONTRACT FORMATION
To place an order, you must follow the online purchase procedure and click "Authorize Payment," after reading and accepting these Purchase Terms. By doing so, you are entering into a sales contract with us (the "Contract"). You will then receive an email confirming the receipt of your order (the "Order Confirmation"). You will also receive another email confirming that your order has been shipped (the "Shipping Confirmation").
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All product orders are subject to availability. If there are any difficulties in supplying products or if items are out of stock, we will inform you immediately and refund any amounts paid within 30 days.
DELIVERY
Notwithstanding the previous clause on product availability, and unless extraordinary circumstances occur, we will attempt to dispatch your order of the products mentioned in each Shipping Confirmation before the date specified in the Shipping Confirmation, or, if no delivery date is specified, within 30 days from the Order Confirmation date. However, delays may occur due to the following reasons:
- Unforeseen circumstances or issues in the delivery area. If we are unable to meet the delivery date due to reasons beyond our control, we will notify you and offer you the option to proceed with your purchase, set a new delivery date, or cancel the order with a full refund, without prejudice to other rights available under applicable law. In any case, we do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. Under these conditions, "delivery" is considered completed when the customer or a third party designated by them physically receives the products, as evidenced by the signature on the delivery receipt.
IMPOSSIBILITY OF DELIVERY
If you are not present at the delivery location at the agreed time, please contact the carrier to arrange delivery for another day. Please note that if the product is not delivered within the agreed timeframe, you may be charged for storage and additional delivery attempts.
TRANSFER OF RISKS AND OWNERSHIP OF PRODUCTS
The risks of the products will be transferred to the customer upon delivery. The customer will acquire ownership of the products once full payment, including shipping costs, has been made, or at the moment of delivery if it occurs later.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
The price of each product will be as stipulated on our website at any given time, except in cases of obvious error. While we try to ensure that all prices listed on the website are accurate, errors may occur. If we detect an error in the price of any products you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the option to confirm the order with the correct price or cancel it. If we cannot contact you, the order will be canceled and you will be refunded the full amount paid. We are not obligated to supply you with any product at an incorrect lower price (even if we have sent the Shipping Confirmation) if the pricing error was obvious and could reasonably have been recognized as such by the customer. Prices on this website include VAT but do not include shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount due. Prices may change at any time, but (except in the cases mentioned above) such changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent an Order Confirmation. Payment can be made using Visa, Mastercard, American Express cards, or via Multibanco reference or Mbway. All purchases, once completed, will have a payment deadline depending on the chosen payment method. If the deadline is exceeded, the validity of the purchase is not guaranteed.
VALUE ADDED TAX (VAT)
All purchases made through this website are subject to the applicable VAT rate in Portugal.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The customer acknowledges and agrees that all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights over the materials or content provided as part of the website are at all times our property or the property of those who have granted us a license to use them. The customer may only use this material in the manner expressly authorized by us or by those who have granted us the license for its use. This does not prevent the customer from using this website to copy information related to their order or the Contract data, as necessary.
Exchanges may be made for another item of a different size or model, provided it is an item of equal or higher value and is in stock. Custom-made items cannot be exchanged or returned.
